Not your typical ethics course; this highly interactive, and even entertaining, program dives headfirst into preconceived notions regarding ethics and how it relates to the business environment. Peer pressure, personal values, and the practical application of principles that ultimately define what we know as “ethics” creates an exciting and impactful experience. Participants will actively explore ethical dilemmas, learn how to evaluate their own behavior, and apply various decision making models to arrive at a conclusion that fits their value system based upon situations that are commonly faced in many businesses today. This is your opportunity to identify how business professionalism is perceived in terms of honesty and integrity and what it takes to motivate people into ethical action.
